Obama outspent what he raised in June, possibly as practice for his second term. In response, his campaign has turned up the volume on fundraising, issuing numerous emails crying for as little as $3 for their efforts. He’s run out of celebrities to woo their unsuspecting public and the attacks on Mitt Romney’s financial record seems…ineffective…so Obama is now relying on the only thing he has left.
