He doesn’t realize that the “Lunchpail Joe” phony populism thing of posing for photos with biker chicks in greasy spoon cafes and pretending to speak the language of Fred Flintstone at Thursday Night Bowling League is merely for the benefit of the watchful eyes of the lower classes and blue collar middle classes.
He doesn’t get that when you are meeting a head of state of a foreign country, you’re supposed to behave like Cary Grant.

I hear finger guns can get you kicked out of some schools in the US.
If Biden was a young child in elementary school, he would get 10 days suspension and have the tag of ” making terroristic threats” on his permanent record for making such “finger gun” gestures.
Biden is indeed a moron. He twice referred to his good friend Gabby Gifford as having been “mortally” wounded. Last I checked she is very much alive. I think Joe might want to think about going to night school.
